Terms and conditions

It is the responsibility of all customers to have read these terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing SkinAura products, services and packages assumes that our customers have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. 

1. Receipts 

Please take your receipt. Credit/Debit Card transactions where transactions are less than £10 a £0.50p transaction fee will be charged. 

 2. Prices 

All prices reflected on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£). All information reflected on this website are correct at the time of publish. SkinAura reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw any items, prices or offers without prior notice.3.  

 3. Refusal of Treatment 

We reserve the right to refuse to serve any client without reason. Clients who become verbally or physically aggressive towards any of our staff will be asked to leave and we may consider contacting the authorities. 

 4. Arrival 

SkinAura encourages customers to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment. SkinAura reserves the right not to serve late customers. Cancellations and No-Shows 

Customers who are unable to attend their appointment must give at least 24 hours’ notice or they become liable and forfeit treatment. SkinAura will charge a credit card on file or deduct a treatment from any pre purchased packages. 

 5. Deposits 

For our Treatments, Skinthetics Richmond asks for a 50% deposit at time of booking or consultation. Any cancellation made a full refund will be given in our 7-day cooling off period thereafter 25% will be returned in full. If you are having on-going treatments then SkinAura will retain the deposit until your period of treatments come to an end, then the fee will be refunded. If you fail to show for a treatment and have not given sufficient notice, then SkinAura will retain the deposit indefinitely to cover the cost of preparing the room.  

 6. Booking Amendments 

SkinAura are flexible and we understand that you sometimes have to change a booking. To amend a booking please call 0203 6338113 or 07983 261677 if we don’t answer we maybe in with a client so please send a text message. Please note we do NOT accept same day booking amendments via email – this is because we consider booking amendments as a matter of urgency. Whilst email is useful, it should not be used for urgent communications. All other times bookings, amendments, general information, concerns, prices etc must be sent via email to info@skinaura.co.uk and all emails will be responded to within 24 hours. We do allow you to change a booking once, after this time the full cost of the treatment will be incurred. 

 7. Photographs 

SkinAura can take pictures of clients with their consent when attending treatment for before and after results. No picture/s will be uploaded to the website or shown to anyone else without the written consent signed by client and approved.  

 8. Refunds and Transfers 

SkinAura practice a strict non-refundable and non-transferable policy. All products, services and packages once sold are not refundable for cash, transferable to another individual/s or exchangeable for other products, services or treatment courses. 

 9. Credit Packages 

Treatment and credit packages are valid for 1 year from date of purchase and are strictly non-refundable. 

 10. Health & Safety 

At SkinAura we take many measures to ensure your safety and well-being. However, SkinAura is not liable for any harm or loss whatsoever arising from the use of our products or services unless arising from our gross negligence or intentional misconduct. If you are unhappy with the service you have received at SkinAura we pride ourselves on offering good service and at a competitive price. Sometimes things don’t work out as we would like them to, so if you are unhappy with the service you have received then you should raise your concerns immediately and give us the opportunity to rectify any issues. If you refuse to pay for a service you have received and you have not given us the opportunity to address any concerns you have, then we will recover our costs through the small claims court.
